Mr Tim Jones of American Auto Glass of Citrus County, is one of those individuals that you very seldom happen across these days. Not only is he a veteran, a very good conversationalist, an honest man who loves family, he lives by the saying, "It's easier to do it right the first time than explain why it was done wrong".
His supplier sent the wrong glass for our car. He was very apologetic and located the correct glass for installation the next day. He is extra, extra careful to remove the broken windshield without scratching any thing painted.
When he was finished, there wasn't even a fingerprint anywhere. His cleanup was very thorough. Tim is an individual I'm proud to recommend and I will use his services in the future. I am also a veteran.
