If you want to be called 'Stupid' by the owner, call Heppes. The owner refused to give us our belongings from the vehicle unless we gave him the money or the title. He refused to give us a towing bill and also a receipt for the title which we signed over to him to get our property out of the vehicle. He lied and said the crew cut trees down to retrieve the vehicle. There's much more to this story, but we wanted to warn people to never let this business touch your vehicle. The businessman who dealt with us was the meanest, rudest 'businessman' we have ever dealt with. We feel like he literally stole our vehicle from us....and we never even called the man or asked his business to tow it. (our family member hydroplaned, went off the road and hit a tree) If you want to be ripped off, use Heppes in Charleston.
