However, this time, I think it was the Sunday manager Paul who was instructing people on when to put your car in neutral and hands off the wheel and brake put me too close to the lady infront of me and while my car was covered in suds and I couldn't see I apparently was rear ending the lady infront of me. No one came to see if we were okay when we were finished, I sustained 4 little dents to my front end from the lady in front of me license plate, a dent to my driver side door from when they had me back out of the machine thing, various scratches and some neck pain. When I talked with the Sunday manager (Paul) he told me was my fault and that I should've had my car in neutral and my hands off the wheel and foot off the brake. I'd like to point out that my car is a standard so had it not been in neutral, it would've died. Really pissed off and considering get my attorney/boss involved.
