Reviews By Tuna from Turin Ny , NY Posted Apr 8, 2015 I have had both of my vehicles there an they over charge an don't give a care an steal out of your vechiles an go through things in your vechiles , they can't be trusted an they talk about there customers when they walk out the door . You can see the mechanics that work there don't have any personal hygiene at all that smell comes with your vechiles . Went to use the nasty restroom an the secretary was having fun with a mechanic that tells you what kind of place that is ! What you bring there it better be locked down or you won't have it . The office is freezing an the arrogate owner doesn't care about the customers that have to wait for there vehicle in the freezing cold . But you can see him in a store blow money like its water . Karma comes around an his day will be next I have personal seen him abuse his employee an his customers an don't care one bit . By unsatisfied customer from Watertown , NY Posted Nov 26, 2014 Had my vehicle there for what I was told was a simple twenty minute fix, twelve days later I go up and demand my vehicle back!! They had to jump it off so I could leave with it, the check engine light was on, the device installed is not working properly, and the digital display on the dash is now non existent! The installer then told me to drive it and it should all start working itself.!! This is a brand new vehicle that had nothing at all wrong with it.! If it doesn't "fix itself" they want me to bring it back so they can "fix" it!! Yeah right, like I want them touching my vehicle again!! Also, the entire 12 days it was there they never once called to keep me updated although they said they would. I would have to call multiple times before I could even get an answer! Then on day 10 when I'm a little frustrated they hang up on me!! They also told me about 6 times, " it will be ready today!" what a joke, save your money and take your vehicle to someone that knows what they are doing. Now I'm stuck trying to figure how to fix the mess they made of my brand new vehicle!! By Shantelle S. from Ft. Their time estimate of when my car would be finished was very accurate and I couldn't be happier with how I was treated there! I would absolutely go back again! Coincidentally, I was on a similar site and saw the exact complaint novel that "Amanda B." posted here. Sounds like a disgruntled ex-employee or she's the one that is rude and obnoxious! By Amanda B from Watertown, NY Posted Mar 5, 2009 Awful!!! The owner, George Sepko Jr., is not meant to be a business owner. He is rude, obnoxious, cusses, and has no idea what customer service is. While putting an altinator in my car they blew a fuse, never replaced it, kept my car in their care for 5 days and somewhere during that 5 day period a hole was put in my bumper and obviously someone tried to buff out the damage. When I went back to get my car fixed again, before I could get a chance to say what ALL of the problems were, he blew up on me in a fit of rage as if I accused him of putting the hole in my car, when in fact he had not been accused yet. The worst experience with my car...ever!!!
