Reviews  By Ezra Solomon from Morristown, NJ Posted Sep 1, 2010 I took the trouble to call Sparkle Car Wash today to report my disatisfaction with my car that was cleaned on Sunday and after pleasantly reporting the following, the manager said "OK", and then put the phone down - Wow, if I did that, I would loose my customers. So, instead I will then post this:- I bought a new Subaru Outback a short while ago, and did some research as to where to take it for a wash. On Sunday I took it to Sparkle Car Wash, Morristown, after a fiend recommended it to me. It was mid-day and not busy, so I had a standard wash just to see how good it would be, and based on that, I would continue to go there. I had to go somewhere afterwards, and on the way noticed that a large area of the dash had not been dusted. I then noticed that the marks were still on the windscreen, and when the sun shone through, it highlited the dirt that was not cleaned from both sides of the glass areas. When I got out of the car, I walked around to the front and noticed that all the insect marks were still there. I drove back to Sparkle, but they were already closed. Naturally, I was not impressed. I am in my own business, and thought that if I did something to make a customer unhappy, it would only help if they told me so that I could rectify it, as opposed to posting something on a blog that would potentially harm the business. So as a result of the reponse I got, I took the time to write this.
